Finance (AF) department requires self-motivated, proactive and
dynamic people who can retain a clear head and deliver impressive results under
stress. They should be savvy with the greens all the while mixing and trying
with other colors. Some of the responsibilities of a person eyeing a position
in this department are:

Taking over cash and assets management

Overseeing yearly planning and budgeting

Preparing monthly management reports that include
comparison with budget and actual, profitability, liquidity, solvency and other
ratios and analysis, among others

Liaising with financial institutions such as
banks that CPH does business with

Handling tax planning, income tax returns and
NSSF forms

| If
you're contemplating a job in this department, you need to have a Bachelor's of
Accounting or Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance & Banking
or a related major. You also have to be a fluent English/Arabic reader/writer
as well as being good with computers.
