Mazen holds a Bachelor’s in Management Information System
(MIS) from the American University of Science and Technology (AUST); he joined
CPH in March 2006 as an Advanced IT Operator and was later appointed a Quality
Control Officer and Assistant Manager of Mail & Services. Mazen is
responsible for:

Developing quality control and quality assurance documents and guidelines.

Typesetting

Running test scenarios on software and reporting on software status.

Anticipating problems that users might encounter and help solving them.

Monitoring the daily activities of sending and distributing CPH MEDIA and
services.

Coordinating with postal and courier services.
