Zahi holds a BS in Computer communication from the Arts, Sciences and Technology University in Lebanon (AUL) in addition to a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certificate from Cisco Career Certification. He joined CPH’s IT Department in June of 2007 as an Advanced IT Operator and is now also Assistant Network & System Administrator. Zahi’s tasks are:

  • Database Operation;
  • Entering and updating entities into the database;
  • Typesetting;
  • Processing incoming material;
  • Implementing IT applications/solutions to enhance and automate work at CPH;
  • Network monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancing;
  • Training other members on various software.
